TERMS OF SERVICE

General Rules:
-” No” means “No”: If I tell you something is not for sale or I won't sell it to you, accept that.
Same goes for any other kind of spamming.
-I do not condone any acts of Homophobia, racism, transphobia, zoophilia and especially pedophilia
In extreme cases I will end all commissions and purchases currently pending for you by me, and publicly dissociate from you.You understand that I can cancel a commission at any time when I don't feel like I can continue. You will receive a full refund/partial refund and what I've finished so far. This is only for extreme emergencies.Allergies: it is your responsibility to inform me of any kind of allergies that might be important.
DO NOT commission me if you have a cat hair allergy
 
Quality Disclaimer: Since the products are completely handmade no product is going to be 100% perfect. Of course, I spend a lot of time making sure the product is good and high quality but things such as asymmetry and small visible seams can be part of the product. If you encounter any issues, I will either help you fix them or in extreme cases, you can send it back and I will repair it free of charge.Materials:
I will do my best to swatch the colors as best to the reference as possible however some colors might not be available. In that case, I will either recommend another similar color or in some cases will need to downturn the commission. You can also request specific materials to be used but there is no guarantee that I will be able to use them (i.e. some materials might not be able to ship to me) and more costs will apply.I can work with the Material you already have however there will be no guarantee for the quality of the material and I can downturn the commission if the quality is too bad to work with.Commissions:
You have to be at least 18 to commission me and remember:
Once the commission is started, certain amounts of money can not be paid back.
I have my style and while I can take inspiration from another person I will not copy anyone's style or design.
Airbrushing, chalk or acrylic painting will be used on kig suits but can be requested for Kemono and toony fursuits as well.Payments and Refunds (with Commissions)I accept PayPal and bank transfers. We can also arrange for you to pay over etsy, however, heavy costs of up to 20% of the base price might apply due to Etsy's heavy fees.At least 200€ of the commission are nonrefundable costs, but that price can be higher the more detailed and complex the commission is.
The more work I do the less money is refundable and after the commission has been shipped out the only money that can be refunded is in case of quality issues, which will have to be proven with photos and deemed by me to be actual problems and not just by-products of hand sewing and other natural parts of the process. In that case, we will discuss a price to be refunded but usually that is no more than 150€.Monthly payments can be arranged, however, if you don't pay on the arranged date, after a few days I will contact you again. If you haven't paid after 1 month of the arranged date your order might be cancelled with minimal/no refunds.Products will only be shipped out once everything is paid!
No incomplete parts or fur will be shipped out once you cancel your commission.Turnaround time and DeadlinesNO DEADLINES FOR FURSUITS
there can be a deadline for fursuit parts etc but I can also decline any time.
I do fursuit-making as a hobby!Things that could delay turnaround time:
-any kind of problems/important events in my life

-delays in paymentsBuying an artistic liberty fursuitWhen buying an artistic liberty fursuit things are a bit different. 40% upfront payment is still required to secure your slot just out of safety measures.When cancelling halfway through, the estimated material cost will be calculated and the rest will be refunded. The fursuit will be sold as a premade. You only gain the full character rights after the entire amount is paid.
When requesting a refund,you have a 1 month window to do so after the suit arrives.Buying a premadePlease note that the premade is already completed so no changes to measurements etc can be made. Usually, I will make these suits specifically “one size fits all” and some will have elastics for more adjustability.To claim the premade around 50% the price will have to be paid upfront. It will only be shipped out once everything is paid. The rest needs to be paid within 2 months after the first payment is made (preferably in another big payment).Buying an adoptable/Preclaim fursuitAn adoptable fursuit means that the fursuit hasn't/ has only partly been made, making it easier for you to request changes and customization to fit your measurements. This all depends on whether I've already started on the fursuit or not. To claim an adoptable you pay around 40% of the cost upfront. The rest can be paid until 2 months after the fursuit is finished. If you havent paid the fee by then i will cancel the transaction and it will be sold as a normal premade.Repairs

The cost of repairs depends on whose fault it is and the complexity. Usually it's shipping + if new material are needed then those are also calculated. If its a bigger repair (Ie. You ripped or broke something yourself and it takes more than a day to repair) some labour costs might also apply
 
Maintenance/buyer responsibilityIt's the buyer's responsibility to maintain the fursuit in good shape. Don't forget that it is a custom-handmade product, not something machine-manufactured. Do not pick up the fursuit by its ears and treat it roughly otherwise. Brush it regularly. Always disinfect after every use and make sure your body is clean as well and to not keep a smelly fursuit alone for along as the smell will set!
